Dear Parents & Carers,

A huge thank you must go out to our friendly firework team of adults (and children) who worked extremely hard all day on Sunday to ensure that we had the best firework event imaginable. So brilliant to see the community come together and put on a fabulously entertaining show for us all. A big thank you to the team.

Next week is anti-bullying week, all of the classes will be working on elements of bullying - what it really is, what to do about it. This links in nicely with our policy revision with Kestrels who will be helping us to work out what our school definition is and writing child friendly leaflets to display around our school and will be included in the policy.

Children in Need day is next Friday - it is a Bearpees challenge for us all.

Children in Need Friday 17th November

The 'spotacular' challenge for this year is the 'Bearpees Challenge'. We are going to get the children (and staff) to complete 30 'Bearpees' a day for the 5 days next week.

We worked out that if every child and adult in the school does 30, we should reach the goal of 18,000 Bearpees for our school.

We won't do this as a sponsored event but please encourage your child (and perhaps yourselves) to take part and raise some pennies for this worthwhile cause.

Online Safety evening Wednesday 29th November 7pm here at school. Please book your place. Do you know what your children are doing online? Do you have problems setting time limits? Have you checked your filtering or parental controls?
