Welcome to Robins Class

Welcome to Sheet Primary School!

What a fantastic start to their school career our lovely Robins have had – we are so proud of them all and super excited to see where this year takes us.

Thank you all for signing up to Class Dojo, this will be where I can upload any information you may need to know, or photos of things we do in school.  It is also a great platform for you to be able to send me a message if you have any questions.

As you are aware, we put your children at the centre of everything we do and we understand how important play-based learning is to their overall development.  To help nurture their curious minds and develop resilient learners, we are constantly being led by the children and no day is the same!

I cannot wait to see what our class teach us as adults in Robins this year and where their learning will take us all.  Strap in folks, it’s going to be a zig-zagging journey I’m sure!

Please don’t forget to provide a pair of named wellies for your child, especially as the temperamental weather is starting to turn truly autumnal!

A waterproof (and as we get nearer winter, warm!) coat every day too, please.

We provide snack and the children will order their lunch with me in the morning.  You should all have a menu, but we will let them know the choices in the morning anyway.

In our class we have other adults too, Mrs Lockyear, Mrs Galley and Mrs Sammes who all work with us at different points during the week, so there are always other hands on deck to explore the environment and uncover new learning opportunities.

I’m looking forward to really getting to know your children this term, and you all too.
